ROBERT GUTIERREZ
Robert Gutierrez spearheads innovation and operations for Bravada. He leads a people-first organization from top to bottom, engaging with engineers and fabricators, cultivating relationships, and- together with Browning- has established the company’s overall vision. Robert’s career spans over three decades; 8 years in the Marine Corps, a proven track record streamlining and developing companies in multiple industries, including finance and real estate. Shepherding Bravada’s operations and management, Gutierrez ensures productivity across all aspects of the business. Robert is recognized for his keen ability to structure large-scale projects, negotiate opportunities + develop operational controls needed for all phases of our growth.


AARON BROWNING
Principal
As a former Bravada Yachts customer and longtime boat enthusiast, Aaron has a unique perspective on where the houseboat industry is today and where it has the potential to rise in the coming years. An entrepreneur, Aaron has spent the last 20 years building over a dozen businesses, managing multifaceted teams, creating innovative products, tools and technologies. He brings a broad spectrum of experience across entertainment, marketing, strategy, real estate, investment capital, + manufacturing, Aaron brings aggressive and forward thinking approaches to all of his endeavors.

MIA GUTIERREZ
VP Operations
Mia assists with management and development of Bravada’s operations, interior design, PR and events, HR, inventory & purchasing teams. Mia has years of experience in business ownership and operation, with savvy in marketing, project management, contracts, administrative structures and customer service. Mia is involved with our design management and product implementation, working hand in hand with multiple verticals, purchasing and design teams, and handling myriad build needs from start to finish. Mia is also responsible for procurement and negotiating opportunities with signature brands and vendors. She establishes company policies, procedures, and handles purchasing budget management.



J. DAVID WEISS
Chief Design Officer
An internationally active and award-winning designer, with focus on superyacht design, David studied industrial design, and has since lived and worked in Europe, the US, and over a dozen other countries. He has contributed or led design for more than 40 custom built yachts, directed creative product development for award winning US technology companies, designed concepts for major motion pictures, and designed custom furniture, interiors, and architecture for clients worldwide. David’s work has won several World Superyacht Awards, and been featured in publications such as Architectural Digest, The Robb Report and more. Boat International has named him a leading design disruptor in the yacht industry. David has designed our new Atlas Series, inspired by experience with superyachts, combining comfort and simplicity from houseboating with the sophistication and excitement from superyachting.
RAJU ANDREWS
Marine Engineer
Raju studied Marine Tech at Birla Institute of Technology, India. His undergraduate program was completely sponsored by AP Moller Maersk, global container ship operator. He has sailed on Merchant ships as a Dual Cadet, as a Second Mate, of the Mercantile Marine Department, India. In the United States, he obtained his Masters from the Florida Institute of Technology, and worked as a Marine Design Engineer with Snow & Company, a Seattle fishing boat builder. Collaborating with the design and fabrication team at Bravada, Raju converts concepts into CAD engineered plans that are fabricated using the latest technology, streamlining our build process.
